TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CONTRACT PARTNER

These general terms and conditions regulate the booking of services for hypnosis and coaching via the website and by telephone agreements. After agreement and confirmation, a contract is made between the client and ENTRANCE Within, Rigaer Str. 102, 10247 Berlin, represented by owner Saskia Page alias Zazi Page. The meetings are given at the agreed location or online.

2. APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT

In order to book an appointment for a first session, a preliminary telephone conversation - unless otherwise agreed - is a prerequisite. During the preliminary telephone conversation, appointments are selected - but initially only noted. After the preliminary telephone conversation, the client receives a questionnaire that counts as registration. Only when the questionnaire has been completely filled out and returned at least 72 hours before the reserved first appointment (unless otherwise agreed), the reserved appointment is considered as confirmed - as long as no other notification comes from me in which I have to cancel because there may be an exclusion criterion such as this severe mental illness.

3. CLIENT'S DUTY TO 

INFORM ABOUT DISEASES

The client is obliged to inform me extensively about existing health restrictions, physical and mental illnesses, disorders and addictions before the start of the sessions.

 

As I am a hypnotist and coach - but not a clinical psychotherapist - I reserve the right to refuse the services offered if it is obvious or even if the impression is given that the client has physical or psychological problems, illnesses, disorders or severe addictions, which require psychiatric therapeutic help.

4. HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

In all initial Hypnosis sessions there is a deeper preliminary talk, which lasts about 45 minutes and is just as important as the work itself, because - in order to be able to work really individually - I have to understand the life situation of my clients very well. In later meetings, the preliminary discussion can - but does not have to - be of shorter duration.

5. DELAYS

5.1. BY THE CLIENT'S SIDE

In the case of delays, however, the full session price must always be paid, even if the session can therefore only be partially used. In the event of a delay of more than 60 minutes, it is up to me to decide whether the session will still be completed.

 

5.2. DELAYS BY ME

If it happens that I am delayed, the session will either be extended according to the time of the delay - if this is possible from both sides - or, if the client wishes so, it will be postponed to another date.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1. FROM THE CLIENT'S SIDE

I ask all clients to cancel as early as possible, but at least 24 hours before the meeting, if they should be prevented. Booked and confirmed appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment without incurring any costs for the client. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, graduated loss and expense allowances are calculated as follows:

 

24 h> appointment = 25%

If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the session price.

12 h> appointment = 40%

If a session is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the session price.

 

4 h> appointment = 60%

If a session is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the session price.

0 h> appointment = 75%

For now-shows or cancellations made from the time of when our session was supported to start, I will charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the session price.

Cancellation fees should be transferred within 10 working days to the

bank account written in the invoice you will get.

6.2. SPECIAL RULES FOR CANCELLATION

POLICY FOR SMOKE CIRCULATION BETWEEN

2ND AND 3RD SESSIONS

If there are only 24 hours between the 2nd and 3rd session of smoking cessation, the client can cancel the 3rd session up to 6 hours before the agreed date without incurring any costs. Thereafter, the same graduation of the normal cancellation costs applies.

 

6.3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR

DISCOUNTED SESSIONS

24 hours before the appointment = 25%

If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the originally agreed price.

 

12 h> appointment = 50%

If a session is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally agreed price.

 

4 h> appointment = 70%

If a session is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the originally agreed price.

6.4. RECOGNIZED REASONS FOR WHICH

NO CANCELLATION FEES ARE CHARGED

Excluded from all calculations in the case of appointment cancellations are, of course, those that were proven by circumstances that were subject to force majeure. If clients have symptoms that suspect Covid-19 infection, I ask for a sense of responsibility and for an appointment to be canceled! I will of course not charge anything for this! If you suspect Covid-19, a test and / or a doctor's visit is of course advisable. If despite the stated suspicion, no medical measures were taken, it is assumed that there were other reasons.

 

6.5. CANCELLATIONS BY ME

I am entitled to withdraw from the contract for dates that have already been agreed and confirmed. There are no costs for the client. If the amount has already been paid, either a new appointment can be arranged or I will pay the amount back within 10 working days.

 

I can withdraw from the contract and refuse a session if the client has given false information in his personal data or his physical and psychological condition.

7. PAYMENTS SESSION EXTENSIONS

Coaching and Hypnosis sessions are structured based on time slots agreed upon between the client and me. It is important to note that session durations may occasionally exceed the initially agreed-upon time frame. In such cases, any additional time beyond the standard duration will be charged accordingly. For instance, if a Coaching session for 120€ extends beyond the 90 minutes to 2 hours, the charge for that session will be adjusted to 160€ to reflect the extended duration.

This pricing policy ensures that clients receive the utmost attention and care during sessions, accommodating spontaneous extensions while maintaining fair compensation for the extra time and service provided.

8. DISCOUNTS

Clients who recommend me get a discount of 30% on a 90 minute session. This discount is given after the person who received the recommendation had a full-paying session (i.e. without a discount) with me. This discount does not apply to clients who are already receiving discounts.

 

I have a limited monthly quota for students and people who receive ALG II or social assistance in which I offer discounts. This possibility is given within the scope of my capacities. Ask me about my current capacities at the beginning of the preliminary telephone conversation. If there are currently no vacancies, you can be entered on a waiting list.
