In coaching I first help my clients to formulate their goals clearly and in a structured manner - or to those who do not yet know their goal (their purpose in life) to find exactly that.
Then we go into the phase of self-reflection. If you want to get from A to B, you have to know where B is, but you have to understand exactly where you are right now (A), why you are standing here - and above all: why you haven't come to B yet .
After we have analyzed the current situation, we devote ourselves to creating a "master plan". I like to call it the master plan because this part is so incredibly important: the plan has to be so good and safe that you can rely on it so you don't have to constantly readjust.
Last but not least, a system and a strategy are developed. These serve on the one hand to develop skills and resources that you need to achieve your goal - on the other hand, they also serve as preparation for any own difficulties or external hurdles.
