First of all, I would like to tell you: You are certainly not alone in this! And you are not overweight because your willpower is weak. Over-eating always has a deeper reason.

These reasons may be unprocessed pain in your childhood; maybe it's your coping strategy; maybe it's just years of conditioning - or for too long you lacked the nutritional-scientific background, which you now find difficult to implement because you unfortunately grew up in this society, in which the children are still advised to use the wrong food pyramid ...

 

And no matter what your root problem is, all overweight people have one thing in common: they have fallen victim to a nasty vicious circle that makes it so incredibly difficult to lose weight. Fortunately, there are ways to get out of this vicious circle - and without compulsion: with hypnosis.

 

However, I do not only work with hypnosis, because holistic work is more important in weight loss than in any other subject area! I have an in-depth nutritional science background, on the one hand through my earlier work as a model, for which I tried almost all possible diets in order to find the right one for my body without having to go hungry - but also through my auto-immune disease, which I then got very well under control by changing my diet again.

 

So I not only do hypnosis with overweight clients, but also a detailed consultation in which we choose a new, but realistic diet together and create a sports plan.

I wrote and lovingly designed a booklet for the weightloss-program, which serves as a companion during our sessions, and as a guide for after the sessions. It has tables for food-  and exercise-plans, which we will decide on and fill during our work. You also find a habit-tracker there, which analyses your mood as well. One beautiful aspect of when you see over time how your healthy routines will affect your mood positively, is that it motivates you in addition. It also contains motivational texts, all important knowledge on nutrition, recipes, and healthy alternatives for cravings.

PROGRAM PROCEDURE

For the hypnotic weightloss-program we need in total
6 hours spread over 2 appointments.

1. SESSION

I. Analysing & Understanding

In the first session we get to know each other. A very important part of hypnosis is the foundation: trust. Here I try to understand all the connections that led to obesity.

 

II. Nutrition– and Exercise Plan

We also talk about the possibilities in diet and exercise. My clients should never have to diet again, but change their lifestyle forever. So we decide on a realistic change in nutrition and suitable sports exercises. We even go through some exercises on sports mats, so that I can see what my client is currently capable of to then decide on the individually fitting exercise-plan. I also explain how exercises are performed correctly (my partner is a personal trainer, so I have enough knowledge about them) and when and how the plan should be increased and developed.

III. Preparatory Hypnosis & Setting Anchors for Success

Then there is a first little hypnosis, in which it doesn’t get down to the nitty-gritty - this first hypnosis serves primarily to anchor the positive result for the end of the last session, but also that my client gets a feel for being in trance. Everyone is different, and it is helpful for me to work more individually in the following session after gotten a feedback on the first date: what was liked especially, what was flowing easily, which parts need more attention?

2. SESSION

I. Working with the Conscious Mind

In the first part of the second session, I always first address the conscious mind. I explain in detail how the vicious stress cycle works, how over-eating and obesity came about in the first place, so that my client can let go of conscious or unconscious feelings of guilt. This part is very important.

II. Deep Hypnosis: Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind

Then it comes to the main part of the total weight loss sessions: the connections in the subconscious will be broken and new, better suggestions for action (the ones we decided on in the first session) will be suggested. For this very long and deep hypnosis, in my preparation time - based on the findings from the first session - I work out individual paths that best suit the personal circumstances and needs of each of my clients.
