HYPNOSIS

THE GATE TO THE SUBCONSCIOUSNESS

The goal of hypnosis is the trance (lat. Transire: "go over"), a natural state in which we go all by ourselves several times a day, namely when we wake up, fall asleep, in the "autopilot mode", ie with things that we have already done many times, such as driving a car, cooking, reading etc. But also when we get into the "flow", which usually happens with creative or highly focused activities: a state in which we no longer have ourselves or time perceive, but instead lose ourselves in doing.

The brain waves of children move in the first 7 years of life on theta frequencies, i.e. in a trance-like state, because they have to understand the world very quickly and learn everything anew. In trance the subconscious is open and very suggestible, which is exactly why you learn trance so quickly.

In a hypnotically induced trance, the hypnotist communicates with the subconscious, looks for links between negative and limiting beliefs, conditioning and behavioral patterns and suggests new, desired suggestions for action and positive ways of thinking. The reason hypnosis is so effective is that it works directly at the roots of problems and corrects them.
