WHY IT'S WORTH QUITTING
Your health, quality of life and your level of wellbeing will be considerably weakened over the years with smoking. According to studies, smokers - depending on the intensity - live around 10 to 20 years less than non-smokers.
Nevertheless: our body is a miracle! After quitting it regenerates so incredibly quickly, after only 10 years you will reach a state of health as if you had never smoked. Isn't that fascinating? But quitting will not only make your life longer, it will also improve your quality of life! You will have more energy and drive and will be in a better mood as a result.
AN IMPORTANT INSIGHT
You weren't stupid when you started smoking, nor are you weak-willed because you couldn't quit.
What made you smoke was a social instinct, and why you haven't been able to quit so far is because of a nasty vicious cycle that you fell victim to.
WHY WILLPOWER ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH
According to a study of over 72,000 participants from the University of Iowa in the United States, 94% of all smokers who quit with willpower alone drop back after a few weeks or months - when they are exposed to emotional pain or stress.
When smokers want to quit, but don't manage to do it right away, they usually get a guilty conscience, which in turn creates stress. But stress also represents the subconscious link that creates a need to smoke, and thus the vicious circle is created. The more smokers want to quit, the more stress, the greater the need to smoke, the more they smoke, the more stress is in turn generated ...
This is exactly why you need something else in addition to your willpower: The link in your subconscious, stress = need for smoking, has to be resolved! And that's exactly where hypnosis comes in!
We need 3 sessions for smoking cessation. Each session has a different goal:
1. UNDERSTANDING & FIRST HYPNOSIS
The first session is so that I can discuss your personal background and your relationship to smoking in order to be able to really deal with you individually in the hypnosis. You explain to me when your need to smoke is triggered the most, and together we will consider alternatives for the moments when you used to smoke. Then there is a first hypnosis to empathize and as preparation. The feedback after this session is incredibly important, as it allows me to find out what was easy for you and where there may have been difficulties, so that I can then prepare for the more essential session and respond better to you.
2. WORKING WITH THE CONSCIOUS MIND
The second session is about me explaining to you all the mechanisms that create your addiction to smoking. Even if the subconscious is the more important part, it is important that you understand everything exactly with your conscious mind and thus your willpower is strengthened. Then there is a hypnosis in which I anchor in preparation for the most important hypnosis.
3. WORKING WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS
The last session is the most important, so to speak, because this is the session in which you will truly become a free non-smoker. You can continue smoking normally until the third session, the 1st and 2nd actually only serve as preparation, which, however, are also essential. In working with your subconscious, I solve connections and rules that have made you a smoker and suggest new and healthy suggestions for action.
